Miguel began in the hospitality industry in Madrid, his hometown, working in Restaurants and 5* hotels that gave him not only experience but also all the necessary knowledge about Spanish, Mediterranean and European cuisines. His passion for great quality and food values ensures you’ll always enjoy delicious and fresh ingredients.

He has been involved and worked for privates events and catering since he was studying at the culinary school in Madrid. Today, with nearly 13 years experience of delivering high-quality cuisine, he aims to spread his fantastic food and great service not only in Restaurants. Whether you are looking to host a small formal dinner party, traditional corporate event, charity function or even a paella party he will offer a delicious selection of menus and look forward to making each and every event or party something really special.

After moving to United Kingdom in 2012, Miguel is still very much involved and passionate about his food trying constantly to deliver fresh, fabulous and tasty dishes, whatever the occasion. A feast for your eyes and taste buds!
